need help beefing up electrical

I have a 90 acura integra that still has the stock alternator that puts out 65 amps. Ive done the big 3 in 2 gauge and I have a deka intimidator 9A34 battery. I'm going back and forth on what to upgrade to next; another deka, HO alt, or maybe my electrical is strong enough...

I'm running a JL 300/2 for my front stage and a hifonics 1210D amp @ 2 ohms for 900wRMS. Im going to upgrade to two hifonics amps both at 2 ohms.

So Im planning on running 2100 W RMS in the future will my electrical needs be met with what I have now or do I need to upgrade?

With a decent alt and 1/0 gauge to the back you should be good with just ~2kw. Especially if that deka is in the rear and you have another batt upfront that's decent

I think you need a bigger alternator, if you go with more batteries it will help too..but ur alternator still gonna have to charge what the amps are ******* out of them regardless and i dont think 65 amps is gonna do it, you gotta think the alternator is made to run your stock electric seems like urs wasnt made with much if any leway to add on. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

hmm...Im only running one batt right now and it seems to do the job for 1.2K wRMS. don't even need to charge it, ive tried and its running mostly charged. Well I guess I should look into another bat and an alt... was hoping to save money to buy mire amps and subs, no point if I can't power them. thanx

The way i see it is the more solid you build your power platform the less issues later, My previous post was anticipating your next upgrade you spoke of. Thats the way Id do it, currently working on doing all Zero from front to rear an isolator to seperate front from rear batts (i know you lose .4 to .6 volts) and a H/o alternator, havent even started on the subs and amps yet still have my first setup.
