Need Help, 2 SE12's or 1 XXX12"

Ok guys, I need help choosing which and how many subs to put in my truck. I found a way to stack no more then 2 12's in my truck and I will be powering them with a BX1500D.

Here are my options, what would you choose and why?

2 - SE 12" subs wired down to 1 ohm (each receiving 750 watts)

1 - XXX 12" sub wired down to 1 ohm (receiving 1500 watts)

After a lot of research and searches here, I hear nothing but good about the RE subs, though I've never listened to them. Is there any difference in Sound quality between these two?

I will be placing these subs either in an SS or a DS enclosure (pending on 1 or two subs) and I mostly listen to hip hop, so I am looking for good sound quality and low bass. Which do you think would sound better and do you think that with 750 watts each would be overpowering the SE's? As you see, I'm kind of limited in wiring options with these subs..which is why I not sure what to get.

I am having the same problem. From what I gather the XXX would have the best sound quality. Since the 2 have more cone area they might be louder but im not sure on that. Someone please help us.

you said it, "SQ with low bass" XXX is the answer
