thezeb has some pretty good prices. u can also check out ebay too. but with only 400 dollars, ur not looking at much. i say you get a decent amp, 1 sub for now, then add one later. you will also need a box, and head unit if you dont already have one. that should cover the basics for now. but 400 is REALLY cutting it close.

You can find really great deals on ebay, but if you don't find what you want, save until the summer.
