Sold Need an Amp!

Looking for any amp (no crap of course) that will do one of the following:

#1 200-300 watts @ 4ohms

#2 350-450 watts @ 6ohms (so like an amp that normally does 600@4)

Im looking to spend $100, but will rethink if its "da bomb"...

I have an mtx thunder 4250D..it will match your 4202 and i ran it for abt 5 min...I got it with my 8302, and tested both on my 4-12's....the 8302 won...so if you would like...shoot me a line.

Actually that amp will not give me enough for a 4ohm load, sorry...
