need an amp to match my diamond audio D6 12"

ha ok,

so last year i bought my 1st amp and sub setup, i had the right idea pickin out subs bc DA is a good brand, but i was stupid and nieve enough to get an audiobahn amp. now that i have a diff car and my system isnt setup, im lookin to drop the D6 back in but with a quality amp

i need something that can run around 600w rms @ 2ohms. id also like my new amp to be class D as well. right now im interested in the ED nine.1 which runs $350.

does anyone have suggestions on amps that will suit my need in that 350 or less range??

Diamond d3800.1 is a beast.

yeah thatd work perfectly. it matches my subs power handling better and would gimme an all DA sub system, thats what i wanted to stick to. All DA for my sub system and all Crystal for my speaker system

Thats the main reason Diamond made that amp. When they raised the power handling od the D6/M6 MKII's and the D3 line subs, they had a void in their amp offerings to drive optimally certain combos.

The 800.1 will drive a pair of D3's, a single D6 or TDX wonderfully now.

The D3400.1 can drive a pair of the new D1's, or single D3 setups nicely.

The d36001 was just kind of in between.

Depends on tuning. But it is a double in power that should traslate to a ~3db increase.

i run a d61000.1 with my d6/m6. Nice to have some overhard also. Plus DA subs are underrated. I put 800-900 watts rms to mine.
