Need an amp...have no idea what to get

First let me say I know very little about car stereos. I recently purchased a Pioneer Avic-Z3 for my evo. Hope this is good unit...it seems like it is. Now I am looking for a new amp for the car. Going to keep the factory speaker and sub for now.

I am currently looking at a KICKER ZX700.5 5 CHANNEL SUB CAR AMPLIFIER AUDIO AMP refurbished for 220.00. Is this a good amp or is it crap. I just put like 7k in performance mods in my car and do not really have the funds at this time to go too fancy with a amp. So bottom line is this good or crap and can I get a good amp for 400.00 or less?

What kind of rep does the place have? Do you get a warranty with the amp?

The seller is a powerseller on ebay with almost 17k in feedback with 99.9% rating. Also it has factory warranty.

I was told that my new head unit would not work with my factory amp.
