Need amp wiring help

Hello, I just gave my system to my

Girlfriend, with that said I picked up 4 tweeters an some good ol jvc 6.5s (4). I have em hooked up to my head unit an they sound fine. But I was wondering If I could hook up only one 4 channel amp to all my speakers an tweeters? If so would it make a difference? An also need a reference to a budget 4 channel amp with 100 to spend.
