Need amp to power 10" and comps

I am setting up a system for a friend. I am using the stock radio, LOC, rainbow SLC's for the front comps, and a IDQ10 sub. I need an amp in the $250 range to power it all up. Looking for a 4 channel that puts out75WRMSX2 and 250-300RMSX1. Please recommend something. Thanks

Alpine MRV-F345. 75x4. Bridge channels 3 and 4 to get 300W @ 4Ohm and channels 1 and 2 are still 75 each.
