Need amp for 2 Fosgate 10" & 2 JL 12" which 1?

I need a little help. A friend of mine used to do all my speaker stuff when I lived in RI, Im a little clueless but not totally. I have 2 Rockford Fosgate 10's and 2 JL 12" the 12's are boxed, the 10's are in the dash in the back. I used to have a Fosgate amp and a crunch amp powering them. But my amps got stolen. I now have some stupid Boss amp like 400 watts my cousin let me use in there just so I can hear something. I don't wanna spend alot of money, like maybe $300. Can anyone tell me how many watts I need to power the speakers and what kind would be best? Thanks!

first, see what the rms for the subs are. and i wouldnt suggest running that boss amp "just to hear somrthing" because if youre underpowering them, well thats the number 1 way to blow a speaker; clipping coils. as for cheap amps, hifonics is probably best bang for buck, depending on the speaker atributes.

Underpowering can blow a speaker? Holy sh*t I didnt know that! How do I see what the Rm's are? Is it on the speakers somewhere?

I checked my speakers, but the JL's dont have any model # on them. For the Fosgate's I checked and they are 50-100 rms each...peak 200 it said.
