need a new amp recommendation

my kicker dx1000.1 is about to take a **** on itself so i need a new amp. i needed something less powerful anyways but it's gonna be powering a skar vvx12 at 2 ohm so im looking for something that can do around 800 at 2 ohm. i'd also like it to be very efficient and not a power hog. so far my best option that i can see is the audioque 1200d. i'm looking to spend under 300 dollars so if there's any other recommendations let me know please

also thinking of an saz1000d since i can get it for the same as the audioque. i've heard sundowns are underrated how underrated are they usually?

yeah i thought about those but then realized i can't afford any of them most likely. idk the prices but i'm just taking an educated guess on that
