Need A Amp

Sounds like you just wanna build something like your buddy. I'd take some suggestions from these guys and blow his sh^t off the block. IA or Sundown for sure, good choices guys.
IA and SD are not the best brands. Any Zenon board will be good. IIRC, they're built in Korea, rather than China, so their build quality is a bit better. I'm not sure what kind of board IA or AQ uses, but I know SD uses Zenon. I forget who else uses Zenon... I believe RD does. Bah, I don't remember.

whats wrong with it? u do kno this system is not gonna be for competition lolgonna be

just everyday cruise, or pull up to the crib let the trunk go crazy type system

That hurted my brained.

Anyway... a lot of people prefer some brands over others for build quality, as well as quality of internal parts.

Just because an amp says it can do X Watts-RMS at X-impedance (Ohm), doesn't meant it really will... and if it will, it doesn't state how long it can do that, or when the amp will die.

We suggest amps based on life-span, true power ratings, efficiency, and quality.

A lot of people will just say " IS BETTER THAN !" with no real knowledge of the product, and most of the time are just wrong about their assumptions.

However, IA, AQ, RD, SD, JL, JBL, Stetsom (As of late), and there are a few other companies that you can find floating around these kind of forums.

yea i guess. the money for the subs is already taken for

now the money for the amp is up in the air..i mean if it all boils down to it i guess ima no choice but to save a lil more for

the perfect amp for the woofers.

If I were you and was only on a 1100 budget I'd just get 4 15" Audioque SDC2.5's for 636 shipped and buy the AQ2200D amp for 389 shipped for a total of $1025 and with the extra 75 put that towards the box your going to need

Or just save up till you have enough to get the SAZ3000D for the kickers

yeah sound of peoria doin the install. they buildin me a ported box and then installing everything. wires already ran so just plug and tune and play really is all they doing
