Don't wanna use kicker everyone does and as far as budget depends on amp and no. 5 I'm running daily and they don't make h.o alt for my car o at least I haven't found one

ive got a RF T20001bd.. it does 2000 @ 2 ohms and 2500 @ 1 ohm.. its a little less than your looking for, but ill throw it out there
