Is it an aftermarket radio? Pull the radio out and see if the fuse is blown on the unit itself.

Yeah its and Dual CD770 but i dont now, all is okay if i connect direct power its work . i dont now if it could be a electrical problems ! i am really angry i want to hear my new sound system pease!!!

Maybe the ground is not hooked up/loose? Did you install it or did someone else?

i install it ! so its maybe the ground is disconnect from somewhere ! that could be it! how i check that ?

Not familiar with Dual HU's More than likely the ground is the black wire. Find your factory ground and use that or make a new one.
