near ZAPco sQ

Hi everyone,

i would just like to know waht amplifier brands/models would approach the highly regarded zapco's in SQ, but not $800 price tag.

im getting an infinity 12 kappa perfect dvc eq sub

and would GREATLY appreaciate some suggestions on an amp to match its 400rms power but i want the flexibility to be able to upgrade to dual 12 perfects in the near future.

basically i want a mono amp (Class D?) to power the one sub but have seen alot of contradicting info , e.q. i belived hifonics brutus was a good choice apparently it is NOT.

ps im also looking to get infinity kappa components, is there anything better in terms of SQ in teh same price range +- 50$ from the 300 for the 6.0s?

As Far as your amp I would gcheck into somthing like a Avionixx AXA1000M , PPI 1000.1 ,Sound Stream VGA series . Those are all respectable amps with out the huge price tag's like TRU , Zapco and Genisis. Now for your Components I would have to say CDT HD62 's for about that price and IMO they kick infinity arse.

also as far as the components are concerned, which ones are considered the highest regraded for SQ, with great peircing highs and excellent imagery?

just so i can compare specs for components with some focals ive heard alot about
