Ne1 Good With Graphics Or Designs?

I NEED a cd label design for an upcoming rapper....his name is vigilante...hes one of my good friends nearby...i got pictures and i have no idea how to make a design like that. i have the label maker, i just need the design...ne help is appreciated...aim is bdogg321 thanks

btw: this guy is gonna be big,,,,amazing I GOT SOME MONEY OR SOMETHING FOR NE GOOD ONES?

Not sure if he'd be interested in this, but req is quite proficient with photoshop and can do some great graphical things.
