ive been useing rl-ps for about 1.5 years now, sealed bandpass ported, 1 and 2x 12" drivers off 600 xenon rms and 2500 orion rms.played em loud and low and hard regulary, they never miss a doubble bass drum kick or strain even at the lowest lows loud. great subs imo. whats a bm?

depends on what you call a step down... its cheaper, its louder, its tighter...

for a daily woofer, it kicks ***. and for an SPL install, its a monster.
