Nakamitchi amp and noise floor

I just did a direct swap between my mb quart pab4100 and a brand new nakamitchi p4100 amp.

As soon as i started the hu, a nasty noise came in. It's not an alternator whine. it's awful tho.

It is more audible when the hu is at low level. once music is loud enough, it doesn't really bother me, but still....

it can be fixed be putting the gain to the min, but i can't achieve a respectable spl. there's a clarion eq/line driver in between.

what could it be? amp is grounded at the rear batt with the others two amp.

How yeah i did ordered some better quality rca for the eq to amp signal. it will get here in two weeks

Check the ground to the amp.

Do you have a pioneer HU?

yep.... i tried the pico fuse thing and it didn't work either. It's an avic 900bt btw
