Nakamichi, CD500 vs. MB-X

As far as I can tell, the only difference between the Nakamichi CD500 and MB-X is that the CD500 is a sigle CD and the MB-X is a 6-CD changer. Anything else?

The other thing would be MP3, but I'm not really interested in that.
