Furthermore something that happened over the course of 4 centuries doesn't particularly compare to something that happened over the course of less than a decade, does it?

Not at all and you're further illustrating just how stupid you truly are, 1mean. Nowhere in any of my postings did I attempt to excuse the treatment that Native Americans received. Matter of fact, I specifically stated that I did not excuse it in the least.

No, you're stupid for in any way thinking that anything I have posted equates to me justifying what the white settlers of this continent did to the natives that were already present when said settlers arrived and since.

i never said you were justifying it, the eyeroll comment was obviously sarcastic and not serious. i dont understand why you think that it is in no way comparable to the jewish holocaust. either way it was a massive persecution of a set group of people, only one went on about 40 times longer and involved a LOT more deaths, the other was quite a bit more brutal and evil in its methods of execution.

The problem is is that all but 3 countries are in a treaty to keep them from testing nuclear missles, having too many, yada yada. N korea is one of the three and they WITHDREW from the treatie in 2003. Why? Theyre going to use them. Everyone else can use nukes because the size, testing area, and brains behind the launch are all kept in check, while those other 3 countries can do whatever the hell they want. All the countires are following the nuclear bomb speed limit, except for those three who dont get pulled over, and its only a matter of time before they hit one of the law abiding citizens.

i dont really think they intend a preemptive strike because they know they will get OWNED hardcore. i think they realize american imperialist goals, as does most of the world besides hardheaded, "patriotic," flag waving (sieg heil!) americans, and want to do whatever they can to give us pause.

I find it difficult to think about nuclear war and "OWNED hardcore" being is the same sentence. You kill several million (say, if a nuke hit LA) and we then we launch nukes to retaliate. That is not OWNING them. It transcends such elementary concepts.

I do have an opinion. I don't really like the idea of the US being the "world police" just for the virtue that in order to be the police, we must push our ideas into other cultures. It prevents trying new types of governments to be created and inisists that our way is not only the best way, it is the only way. I have a problem with that. I like our way and that is why I like America, but I would hate it if another country rose to enormous power and said we must do things thier way, which is what I feel America is headed.
