very upset.. i don't think i have the elec for a mtx 1501d... my pyle right now out performs it... i am going to spend the money on a better head unit, that may have a lot to do with it...

so whats up with the amp? what guage wire you runnin to it? stock batt, alt? should out perform a pyle.

If youre buying a new deck anyway, why not hold on to the amp and see if it performs better? Might want to have someone check all your setting also, 2 volt preouts shouldnt cause that much of a problem.

cuz i need the money and maybe people just under estimate my pyle amp :/ I was going for competition quality stuff but i decided that i'm just going for quality sound and good spl for daily driving... my pyle gives me that, i thought the mtx would help but not really... after i get my new deck in i'll try the mtx but i don't think it is going to make a big difference... for whatever reason it doesn't like my electrical system and my pyle does... the only thing i can think of is the current draw is way less with the pyle and the pyle only needs 4v preamps to perform optimally... the mtx needs 8... and with a stock elec the pyle just seems logical... If i can find the spec on the pyle i'll post it... thanks
