My trip to Best Buy just a bit ago...

figured someone might get as much of a kick out of this as I did...

in the Sunday circular there was a Best Buy ad that had an ipod touch arm band on sale marked down to 19.99 from 32.99, so I had to go check it out...Got to the BB, couldn't find them...I looked all over the mp3 player accessory isle...I see an employee walk over and assist some other customers, I politely excuse myself and ask her if she could help me once she finished with them, she seemed to get a little attitude'ish right there, but I didnt think much of it, since I was pretty **** polite about asking....

She comes over finally and this is how it goes from there (her parts are bolded)

"what did you need help with?"

"I'm looking for this arm band for the touch in the Sunday ad"

"we don't have those"

"oh, well that's weird, it's right here on the ad"

"this store doesn't carry those, those ads aren't for every store"

"understood, alright thanks"

I walk around a little more, and what do I stumble upon on an endcap? a frigging lot of these things...so I pick one up and start checking it out, I see her getting ready to pass me, so I held it up and said "here they are, right here on the end"

she stops, turns around and then this is how that goes

"we must have just gotten dose in"

"oh"

"because I looked"

"ugh, no you didnt, you told me you didnt carry them about 2 seconds after I asked you initially"

"i meant for another customer earlier sir"

so sensing her horrible stank *** attitude I decide to become my normal self and say eff the holiday season...

"oh, well it's nice to know that you provide shitty customer service on a consistent basis"

"OMG SIR! HOW DARE YOU! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?!"

"I have no problem, I found what I wanted"

"I'm calling security"

"excuse me, for what?"

"you're being difficult"

"is that really a security issue?"

at this point tons of people are staring at us, and I decide to wait for security, pretty much laughing the whole time...the security guy shows up about >minute later, she begins telling him the "story" she claims that I was screaming at her and harassing her the whole time blah blah finally he turns to me with the biggest question mark face and says "what?"

so at this point a manager comes over, not because he was called or anything, but because the employee was so friggin loud...we both explained our versions, the chick was trying to say I was lying and then a husband and wife couple butted in and said she was lying, the same chick was rude to them moments earlier and they heard our whole ordeal...

so the manager hooked me up and I got the arm band for $10+tax, marked down from 19.99 marked down from 32.99...sweeeeet!

i dont understand people that hate people working with people...

If I was that employee I would have just apoligized. Hell, it's gotta be hard to keep track of all the shit they have in that store.
