A Little Help with Capitals

All joking aside, that url is an excellent reference for writing papers and works cited with the MLA format. I used it often while writing papers.

I got a book that covers all that and more. It's just I don't use it anymore cause Grammer was just to boring to me.

I don't claim to be the best Writer and never have. My job requires me to design, produce, and actualy make something. So Engineering and math skills are the day to day things I use.

I quess if I was going to be a writer or proof reader I would pay more attension to it.

I deal with Retards, DA'a and ID10T's everyday at work. Thats why I'm in charge over them. They can't be trusted to do What "School" was suppose to have taught them.

They were good at taking test, But could not use any of it in the real world. They have no Analytical skills or problem solving skills. So I do all that and they just do dumb work.

I work for TI/Raytheon, I do write up all my findings and research.

We have people whom there jobs is too do nothing but Proof Read and Publish each depts work. Then they are converted to PDF format and sent to each dept heads office. I have know idea what they do with it from there on.

Correct Spelling must not pay much over profit and production. Might be why I'm still around and the grammer peeps are gone.

I am an analyst for the DoD. I read over contracts between the DoD and companies such as yourself who create things on our behalf. We don't do so much with your particular firm. Many of the contracts are cost-plus. I ensure you are meeting your KPIs.

Most of the people that do work for us are P.E.s or PhDs. They tend to know how to write very well. Explaining to me why the need a 1.5 million dollar spectrometer is quite another task.

It is unique because many of our testing facilities are unique to the world.

Firms that hire and fire like that don't make much sense to me. It is easy to cut but when the workload increases, hiring those capabilities back is quite a task.

We don't do a lot of designing here in the lounge. We do communicate through writing which, by the way, you **** at. We can only presume that you are a moron because that is what is conveyed through your writing. You can believe what you want, but I am inclined to believe that your superiors at work have noticed that you can not put a thought down in writing without sounding like someone with little hope of acquiring that elusive GED.

While what you say in sense is true, I think you might be overlooking the fact that you dont have to waste your time doing the "dumb work" as you worded it, those employees that work for you are allowing you to free up your time and be more productive with your work.

It seems to me that you're looking down on those that are allowing you to make more $. Regardless of the fact that you're in charge, them doing their job helps you. No need to be disrespectful toward them.

Would you want to work for your superiors knowing they talk about you, and look at you the way you do your employees?
