While what you say in sense is true, I think you might be overlooking the fact that you dont have to waste your time doing the "dumb work" as you worded it, those employees that work for you are allowing you to free up your time and be more productive with your work.
It seems to me that you're looking down on those that are allowing you to make more $. Regardless of the fact that you're in charge, them doing their job helps you. No need to be disrespectful toward them.

I deal with Retards, DA'a and ID10T's everyday at work. Thats why I'm in charge over them. They can't be trusted to do What "School" was suppose to have taught them.
They were good at taking test, But could not use any of it in the real world. They have no Analytical skills or problem solving skills. So I do all that and they just do dumb work.

Well yoiu have to consider that to get hired nowdays "Full time" here, Without a HB1 Visa, You have to work 2 years before you can even apply.

I know why the cost are high, They have to hide all the "Black Projects" budget somewhere. Since the defence budget is open to anybody to read.

I never said I looked down on them, I said Managment has assigned me head of my department cause the others could not or would not complete there task. That is there problem not mine. If you can't do what your hired to do, Then they are given task that they can complete.

Firms that hire and fire like that don't make much sense to me. It is easy to cut but when the workload increases, hiring those capabilities back is quite a task.

They did that cost cuter already. They cut all the old timers with 15+ yrs to cut cost and hired 2500 HB1 visa for $11.00hr to replace them.

Wecome to the new America. They hire now for the life of a project then your gone. It takes 6 months to just get someone up to the level you need to do the project. By then there gone or there visa is up. Thats one reason this year HB1 visa 1.5 million cap was reached in just 15 hrs. Now all the companies want to raise that to 3 million and reopen it.

True and this seems to be the routine in many large corporations. Im actually working on a thread (its gonna be a long one) regarding issues such as this. I dont think that those jobs arnt ones that Americans wont do, rather its more cost effective to hire someone that is willing to do it for less.

Spending less on a project adds up after a few projects. You know how it works, the bottom line is profit. If an employee is getting paid too much, and 2 ppl can be hired to do the same job and get paid about the same. Its going to get done.

If you had to spend half the year training people to do thier job, That can't understand English or read it that good. You would understand why I get POed at managment. Just hire people that are American Citzens and have a degree for the Job postion first, then if you can't find them bring someone in till you can. They don't even look at College prospects anymore, They head right for the HB1 visa cheap labor first.

I have had 4 people leave "By Escort" cause they can't learn to not get a DWI. You know the drill on back ground checks. We do them every Six Months. I just cross my fingers everyday when I see those Gaurds coming. Don't come over here, I just spent 4 months teaching these Three how to get around.
