Hello,

my subwoofers in my jeep used to work just fine, i did some rewiring of the car and now when my 2 12in subwoofers are plugged in they dont have bass. they are in the same encloser and hooked up to the same amp, when i unplug one side from the headunit one of the speakers has bass, same goes for when i unplug the other side. they are not blown. any help would be great, i just want to know why they don't have base when playing together.

a new jaguar?

That is a really strange problem? When you remove 1 of the 2 RCA's. Whether it be Left or Right. The bass works? but when BOTH are plugged in. There is no bass?

Do you have the RCA's plugged into the SW output or Rear on the back of the headunit?

Like @maylar said, delay the turn on to the amplifier only. 3 to 5 seconds should take care of it.
