My stereo wont even turn on anymore?

So today i finished the installation of my new amp and 2 subs. They were working fine earlier today but then they kinda suddenly just quit working. Now, the head unit wont even turn on and the in-car clock isnt working either. Also, whenever i turn the car on, the tachometer flies up and then just sort of goes back down. Finally, the keychain thing to lock/unlock the car wont work either. Does anyone know what could have possible gone wrong? Thanks

I'm afraid to ask how you wired the power for your system. I can imagine based on some of the ghetto installs I've seen.
