What exactly happend to the deck...did you accidently ground the preouts or did it just shit on you?

If it makes you feel any better, I usually have 2-3 extra decks in my trunk at all times in case of a crisis...usually like a DRZ-9255 or a few Denon's or something in case something happens to my 8053....whew, guess I'm lucky I haven't had to use them yet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif j/k man, having no tunes is teh major ****!!!

It just crapped out...

Here is the real question of the day.

I called eclipse to ask where in the line my deck was...guess what...it arrived back at Cartoys today. Have I received a call? HELL NO! Now my question...

DO I

A)go up there and get my deck and ***** the whole way.

B)go up there and politely ask for my deck

C)wait till they call...

B. I'm sure they are just behind. I have ordered from Cartoys.com before and the customer service was really good....almost Crutchfield good!!

Very true, plus the fact that I may need to deal with them again seeing that I have a 3 year warranty on the HU.
