It's not FedEx's fault the shipper packaged them shitty. That heavy of a sub is bound to crack a plastic cap if it's not padded well. I've never had a problem with FedEx, so I think it has to be chaulked up to the shipper's laziness.

fedex is only good if you put a lot of insurance on what your shipping. Then it gets the white glove delievery.

If you came home to see your boxes laying at your front door....maybe its not fedex's fault and maybe its some asshoIe who saw some boxes laying around and poked holes in it because they were just laying there. People these days have no conscience.
