I'm not asking anyone to like them. They're on my car, not yours. I don't mind the honest opinions on the rims, either. Like I said, to each his/her own. But because someone buys something they like for their own car, that makes them a tool? That's pretty ignorant of you to think that way.
you need like a 4/6 drop to set it at the right stance homie.

I don't want it too low. I was thinking 2-3 inches. I take this thing to the mountains every year, and I kept my stockers so I could switch them out for the trip. 4/6 would sacrifice a lot of ground clearance.
I have toyed with the idea of bagging it, but I'm not ready to go that far just yet. There are other things I want to do first, like shave and paint.
dont bag it until you have a FULL UNDERSTANDING of what is going on, whats under your car, how its put in, and how it works. I hate all these little kids runnin around with air, and not knowing what they have. I have a full setup that I will be selling shortly, if you do want it, ill let it go for 600+shipping BUT i needs one more 1/2 valve and some gauges and switches. I spent 700 plus shipping and its missing like 50 dollas in parts. so 600+ shipping is fair. Still, have a FULL UNDERSTANDING of the setup your putting your life over.

That's just it. if I do it, I want to do it right the first time, and cut no corners. There are some good shops in the DFW area. I was expecting to invest a few grand in it when I do it, so it's on hold uintil I get some other stuff done first. I hear ya though. I have seen some shotty/cheap work done and have heard some horror stories.
My boys over at A&K Kustomz will get you set right if you want it done. I dont know the name of the town they are in, but I can find out.
Hey to each their own man, and if those wheels are worth the money for you, whatever, it's your money and your car.
That said, that's what I think when I see a vehicle like that. I think whoever owns it has more money than sense. If I had everything else in the world but wheels, and $20k to spend, I might spend it on wheels... as it is right now, I have a different set of priorities.

And I didn't mean to call YOU a tool. Sorry, I guess it came out that way. I know a lot of people who ARE tools though with similar setups, and now you look like them, that's all.

I'm not one of those people who lives in a cheap apartment and eats Ramen Noodles and spends their last dime on a set of rims.
I guess it would be okay if I spent the same on car audio stuff instead. Oh wait, I already have, several times over.
I'm fortunate enough to have a job where I get paid well for the hard work I do. I have everything I need, and can afford a lot of things I want. The rims are way down on the list of toys I have bought with my extra cash, which all come after my bills are paid, after I've spoiled my girlfriend and my niece, after I've helped my family and friends when they needed it, after my pets are all fat and happy, after my vacation is paid for, etc etc....
But take whatever stance you need to make yourself feel better. I'll keep spending my money the way I want to.
