My new ride!

Nice car by the way, it'll look good.
Thank you sir, BIG improvement. Just got back from the gym, feels nice to be able to be proud of what you drive. Oh, and the Cutlass' Driver's door lock doesn't work, you have to unlock it from the passenger side LOL, so getting in on the driver's side for once is AMAZING! haha.

And don't worry about cobaltkicker, I don't think $10,000 has been invested in this car (if you can call it an investment //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif) since we've HAD IT, which has been years.

Hope you have $10k in savings for the repairs on a high-mileaged luxury german car.
Thank you for your concern. My dad sells high end cars ie. lambo ferrari etc. I'm not bragging, im stating the fact that they have mechanics up there and a couple hydraulic lifts that I can use as well as cheap mechanics if I do need one for a big repair. I have money in savings and I have a good job, and parents to back me up if I really need money and have none coming from anywhere. I think I will be alright, but if not I can sell the car and get something else.

So far the car has been extremely reliable while my family has owned it, and on autos.msn.com the reliability bar (1-5, 1=red 5=green) it was the highest it goes, better than my Cutlass by 2 bars and the same as an Accord/Civic.

payments for a 1996 320? hahaa
At private party the car is ~$6500, so retail it would be roughly $8000 I would guess. I don't know many people that have $8,000 just sitting in the bank at my age (i'm 19), I know I don't. I know plenty of people making payments on 1999-2000 grand cherokees and 1998-2000 accord ex's, roughly the same price as this.

sweet action...20's in the forecast?
lol we will see //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif maybe not 20s as they might be a little too big, but if they looked nice I don't care what size they are. Some BLING BLING YO.

Very true. . . Benzo > Cutlass
Are you going to add you TC9's on that ?
Yes, unless they won't fit in the trunk. If that happens, I know a guy who will most likely buy them, and I'll probably pick up a couple good 12's instead.

I'm really hoping they will fit though, I'm gonna measure the trunk tonight.

I got a secret to getting rid of the foggy headlights and making them look about brand new again //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif .... I used to go around making $20 on each car doing it at dealerships. $10 and ill hook you up with the directions.

Not everyone can afford such a fine piece of machinery as the Chevrolet Cobalt!

Nice ride man, should look great once it is cleaned up a little.
I was saying the same thing yesterday and prior, haha. An aquateal 1993 Cutlass Supreme isn't the finest piece of work there is lol.

And thanks, it should clean up real nice. When my dad drove it a while back, it was spotless. Gonna try to keep it that way.

Not my style.
Wooooooo 200th post
Me neither, but whatever works //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I highly prefer coupes, I used to own a 1997 Eclipse which, while highly problematic, was pretty cool (and kinda a girl car). I really like the newish accord ex coupes, like 2000+ I believe. I was about to buy one until the lady told me she couldnt find the car she wanted at a dealer, so she was keeping hers.

Also, my parents have an audi tt which I LOOOOOOVEEE.

and rainx sucks bro. Its good for when its a light drizzle and u dont need your wipers but if it starts raining hard and you have to use your wipers it smears all over the windshield and leaves a bad haze.

I found that it differs between cars. My dads suburban is normally fine in the rain, but when you rainx it I can barely see in heavy rain. In the eclipse I used to have, I would rainx every single window and I normally wouldnt even need to use my wipers, it worked really well.

And the foggy headlight thing, Im pretty sure you can just wetsand them but I don't remember. Someone told me how to do it on my eclipse but I never did it. I will think about it and clean the car up, and if I find that it bothers me, i'll hit u up.

Did you ever sell that 900??

High mileage german cars are terrible. Maybe he should just trade it for a Cobalt.
As high as the mileage may be, out of the 4 cars ive owned this is definitely the lowest in mileage. It may not be new or sub-100k, but you can afford what you can afford. I'm young and I know one day i'll have something newer.

Also... REALLY HARD to tell when people are sarcastic online //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Haha, sorry I'm ALWAYS sarcastic. Also, my car has over 200,000 miles on it and still runs great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
