they are the same dog look up the breed. most real breeders crop the ears and chop the tail lol same dog. our "staffords" were 80 to 120 lbs lol thats the only way to get akc papers on a pit if you look at both breeds they act the same were bred for the same thing in a correct bodytype of either breed only diff would be size lol some breeders get pissed off but thats what some people do. frnkly i think all dogs by this time are muts anyway lol so to me the name "pure bred" is pretty loose term

i hope we rid of him personally. he is a puppy i know, but no dog ive ever seen is THIS stupid. of course we have had lab, retriever, nd eskimo spitz. but my point is....i just plain dont like it really. not my style dog.

dont mistake stupid with stubborness. my boxer is very smart but he can be very stubborn some times. always be as consistant as possible with a stubborn dog because dogs like to test there boundaries.

unfortunatly what your saying is incorrect.......im not saying u didnt do that......im just saying that the correct breed to register them as would have been american staffordshire ........if u look at the breed standard of both the american staffordshire bull terrier and the staffordshire bull terrier......the american staffordshire bull terrier most closly resembles the dog your talking about....... the first link below is for the staffordshire bull terrier....the 2nd the american staffordshire bull terrier.....
