after all the horror stories, i will NEVER do busienss with them regardless of whether 5 people have had good transactions. not worth the risk IMO. and also, they're amp repair techs are so dam slow. they deserve to be shutdown.

a couple of months ago i was going to buy a Refurb 2500d from them and after i placed the order they wanted me to fax them a copy of my ID and Credit Card.... AM I GETTING A AMP OR SECURITY CLEARENCE!!! i told them to cancel the order...but i ordered from them about 4 years ago and they were okay but i guess that was back in the day

i spoke with laura, ikes wife, and she told me she was the owner...... who knows what that is about, but i will say that she was less that polite. i even got off the phone with her to cool down, called her back and apoligized for being short, and as soon at i brought up the BBB, she started yelling at me, saying she did not like to be threatened and was not afraid of the BBB. i told her to calm down and she played it cool like she was, but......she wasnt. im yet to talk with ike......
