I see alot of people worried about deals, if anyone needs a 3rd party to feel safer about a deal let me know. I have alot of refs and would be willing to help people out, for safer transactions. Exp. each person ships to me then I ship to the buyer/ seller. I am only putting this because I have seen alot of people lookn for someone like this and I have alot of refs and would never scam anyone.

now i am not going to get that far into detials to hookn stuff up etc lol. Just if someone says ok i am shipping you this amp I will check it if thats the amp i ship it. I dont want the risk of problems sayin I hooked it up and fryed anything

if anyone needs something like that hooked up let me know and we can work something out but I dont want the blame for anything like that just makn sure the cash and item go to who it needs to

not if the buyer doesn't mind so that he/she feels safer about the transaction. specifically with new sellers that have no feedback or references. Its actually a pretty common thing. So you might want to keep your "pretty dumb" comments to yourself.

You ever heard of COD? costs nothing extra and you get no goods until you pay. In essence the Post Office (or Fedex, UPS, DHL, Airborne etc.) is already doing what VOA is proposing. And since they've been around for quite a while, most people will probably want to set it up this way.
