My ground is brokeded??

I have my temporary sub box just sittin in the trunk unmounted and while driving rather quickly around curves it seems that my ground wire came un-crimped so I fixed it and went to put it back were it was and now it seems like I cant get a good ground or something. My sub just keeps thumping even while the system is muted and when the song is paused. Then it does one really loud pop when i turn the car off. Tried grounding to several different bolts that go into the somewhat of a frame my car has.

You should remove your fuse when you are making connections.
