I wasn't bragging at all. The main point of my post was that they sell everything but computers pretty much. The stuff we took, which was jewelry also isn't a necessity that someone with little money was gonna come in and buy to keep them alive. Goodwill gets the stuff they sell for free, so no I didn't feel bad about it at all. If it makes you feel any better that is the only thing I have ever taken in my life, and I have no police record at all. I'm not trying to be a thug like half the forum does.

You were laughing about them having to install cameras, and you dont call it bragging? Id be ashamed of myself if I was ripping off goodwill. As for the gold, its donations like that that help the store maintain the profits needed to stay open and sell other items people do need. Not to mention, those donations help pay for silly little things like security cameras so people with no conscience wont steal from them.

Several years ago I stumbled onto a pair of Kicker Impulse 12's in Sony sub boxes (the cardboard one's they come on the store shelf in) for $5 each. The only handled 150 wrms but they worked perfect, let my sister's BF use them and they disappeared. He tried to tell me he never saw them, a few days later his car engine ended up trashed. In general though, you'd be amazed at what you can find at those stores. Ours sells computers and computer parts/peripherals too.

Nice find I sold one of those in mint working condition for 200.00.

Goodwill has made me a lot of money over the years, best find I got was a Maranz 7 channel HT amp with remote for 50.00 in box after testing it UT for a month sold it on eBay for 600.00.
