Although it may seem harsh at first glance, drunk drivers get alot of leeway and if you lost a loved one because of a stupidfvck, then i guess your in same boat as i am.

Um..we've had these in my state for years...I've had buddies who have gotten around it in manual trannys with a simple push start. I believe the newer devices prevent this however.

I think the laws against drinking and driving are too strict as is. I do not see the reasoning behind the illegality of passengers drinking while a sober person is driving.

That is a different story and I understand your point. I think they just did that to remove temptation. I however think things should be strict for the one who is actually driving drunk. I remember growing up though and my uncles would have everyone in the car drink a brew. Including themselves driving of course.

I am tempted to shoot people who upset me in the head while their mother watched, that doesn't mean I do it. You were being serious though, so I guess I should too.
