FL is great when you don't actually have a "Studio", meaning keyboards etc. I have been using FL just for sole beat creation, using slicex and sytrus, along with download a **** ton of drum kits. Reason and Cubase are what I use when I lay vocals down, more accurate when it comes to mastering the track and equalizing vocals over the beat. When I get done with my song I'll post it up, just gotta get the mic and **** set up, I make more mellow hip hop music, underground, and personalble songs than anything. Just so people have something to relate to, I'm not all that marshmellowy, but I believe hip hop has lost it's roots, and I like to stick to an origional sound rather than follow the beezy, ooops I mean weezy dickrider train,
oh and downloading ableton now, just to see what it's about. Never can learn too much.
