My First Amp Rack build....

Only thing i dont understand is how to carpet the inside edge of the cutouts..... any help on this would be great!!!!

Not bad man for the first try.. not bad at all. Carpeting looks good.

Personally, I wouldn't have used screws, or atleast painted the screws black/bought black screws. Maybe adhesive or glue next time?

I wouldnt have used a capacitor either, but the space for it looks nice.

Looks pretty good. Only thing I didn't like was being able to see the screws.

the two other holes are for my Hifonics 1605D's that are on there way.....

Should screw it down first, and then put the carpet over it.

as simple as that is i never thought of it.... i will remember that on the box i am going to start this weekend... 5 cubes tuned to 34hz for my 12" type R's

carpet like that should be streachy enough to pull in over teh corners. you just have to work it, did you even glue that area?

and you can still save the screws through the carpet. take a screw out, make a slit over the screw hole, then peel the carpet back a little to expose the wood, put teh screw back in, then fold back the carpet over the screw head.

in teh corners, dont make such a deep cut like you did. make it less and streach it in it.
