thanks bro. I'll look in to it more i believe it's a dual 4 but i just want to make sure. When i go home tonight ill look and get back on here. ThanksAlright. You're confused with the typical stereotypes.
First off, there's a quality difference between the CVR and L5. The size means nothing here. The 15" sub will hit everything the same as the 10" sub will, and in fact, it'll be louder. That doesn't mean it gets lower easier, but it gets louder due to more cone area.
However, the L5 is a better sub overall than the CVR. I wouldn't go with mainstream brands here for quality - but it's at least decent, and you already have it.
I just want to make sure you understand that it has nothing to do with the size. A 10" sub will not be cleaner than a bigger sub, or hit higher notes better. They're all designed towards the lower frequencies. The design makes the difference, the cone area means it gets louder with less power. It doesn't make the difference in what notes it plays.
I would recommend the L5 on 750 watts or so. As said a 750.1 works, but it's also moderately expensive. A hifonics 1210 could work well for it. Is it a dual 4 or a dual 2?
You're getting a lot of shit thrown at you, so PM me if you have some questions, and I'll help ya out.
