What was the nature of the vid that caused the banning?

I cannot believe that it was JUST the posting of a vid that got him banned - too many vids get linked to here or posted here everyday for me to believe this is the only reason for the banning...

You need to do a search for a topic before you post it because basically you started a topic that was already going on...Besides the fact the title was different the thread was exactly the same.
