If the original poster is being serious, you need to be careful if you paid with cc.

I thought ubid forgot to charge me for my $600 beltronics remote radar detctor a few months ago. I got all excited cause they never charged me, so i went ahead and ordered my type-x's.

Wouldn't you know, they must have 'remembered' and they charged my card like 5 weeks later and overdrafted the hell out of my bank account!

So if they sent you the wrong gear, i'd do the right thing and let 'em know, otherwise you could be in for a treat when they find out.

Just for the reasons you discovered, the CC company only allows a company so much time to charge your account. You can go back and dispute it with you bank if I recall correctly.
