subs will be here thurseday, will post pics when they come in.... its a surprise though =-)

in pix, JBL BPX 1100.1, Kicker 0\1 guage wiring kit (2 distro blocks, in line fuse holder, remote turn on wire, zip ties), multimeter, remote bass nob for amp, and the box has 2.7 cubic ft. internal, for each cube, and dimensions are 17"D x 32"W x 14"H.

well I can always add more 0\1 guage with the in line fuse holder. If its short, I'll put it at the end of the wire, and then the new stuff on the other side, and get it to the trunk. I have some gift cards I gotta use up so I can use it for that. I just gotta figure out how to connect the 0 guage to the amp, the connectors and wire are too big for the opening //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

oh, and the subs goin in are W10GTi MKII, think that box'll be ok?

it'll be alright for now, Its gonna be run off a line output converter. I dont have the money to get the HU, wiring harnesses and such I want right now, so thats gonna be my next upgrade. I'm expecting the bass to be much better once I get the new headunit, but we'll see how it is when I get the subs in...

This is goin in a 2003 monte carlo SS.

any audio shop ( i think even CC carry's them) should have some 1/0 to 4ga reducers.. look into that..

ugh, I cant wait to put this in.... It would have been done already, as I paid for 2-day shipping on the subs, but they decided to ship them ground, so they wont get here till thurseday... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

mkay, so.... I the box for these prebuilt. The sub came with bolts to use for installation. There are SUPPOSED to be washers that go on the other side of the box, and they have small edges which dig into the wood and lock it, now my only problem, how the hell do I get these in without taking the box apart? I dont know of any way to put those **** assemblies on without taking it apart. Maybe taking out the terminal will give me enough room to get in there and work? The box is divided into 2 cubes with terminals on each side.
