If it was real. It would be being driven and it would be in a museum or sitting in doors in a car collection. My dad saw 1 real 1 in a museum and 1 real one at Road America. Very rare to see them out in public. It's basically never.

I asked him in passing one day and he said it was real, if you are in ATL and hit up any car shows and see it around, go ask and see... perhaps he will tell you lol.

this is true but a neighabor of mine has a real one ( i did a full inspection looking for the known signs of it being a kit). then again he drives it like a bat outta hell. (rich a$$ middle-eastern guy)

crx- i'll be sure to keep my eyes open. beautiful car so im sure he would go to the Summit Racing shows.

There are several down here actually. But this is a mecca for mustang owners for some reason.... We have several(10+) shows a year just for them. On a cruise night you will see around 15-20 shelby's out here and even more roush's. You might even catch my buddies uncle in his original cobra jet or he may be in the parking lot showing of his 2008 cobra jet lol....

To be fair we even have a local shop that does the rebuilds of "Eleanor". Classic Recreations

Those are the types of people who understand the value of their cars, and take them out on cruise nights and specialty events only (hopefully)... I'll only bring the Roush out when it's sunny, warm, and no chance of bad weather. Yea, we have our share of "kit cars" here as well, but most are authentic simply because of the shows here.
