hmm, wonder what 2 of these could do w/5kw in a enclosure designed by pete or yourself...
The first vehicle I'm working on will have 4 15" Destroyers in a CRX box...fiberglassed...powered by 2 Crossfire VR4000D's. It'll be in a Tahoe...pretty insane. I've already done another Tahoe with 2 15's and one 4000D and we simply couldn't sit inside the vehicle.

The next vehicle that I'll be rebuilding is Pete's vehicle. He's coming over to me early march so that I can re-design and rebuild his susuki. Probably 4 15" Destroyers in a wall and 2 Crossfire VR4000D's or 4 SoundStream XXX 15's and 2 6500's. A couple of different options that I have yet to decide.

xbl^2? low bl.......?
What does that mean?

Anyway I have this sub now in a 6 cubic ft box with removable port (28Hz and 40Hz) in a Navigator with a Hifonics Colussus pushing it bridged at 1.4 ohm.

This sub has definately earned it's nickname, the 'Destroyer', very, very loud.

Hey Tuan, gonna hold on to that other one for me right?

yes it is definitely super loud. mine is installed in ngsm13's truck (in his MT box on a 20.1). but i'll be gettin it back soon to send it back to RE //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif (check the sig)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/sneaky.gif.7189749b3a3f769e8815b47e8ae87f88.gif .

Just picked up 2 more from Tuan, did some testing on my spare, took over 3000+ watts (little clipping) free air (below box tune in 6 cubic feet) before I tore the spider! In the right box, I'm sure it would handle much much more. Can't wait to build a new box for 2.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Put down a 143.5 in dbdrag today in street max 1-2 with my one destroyer 15. Good enough for second place, beat by .2 db. Apparently I can run another 15 (which I have here wrapped in plastic) and 4 huge amps and stay in same class. Many other issues to address, should clear 150 next time.

Big Fun!

Thanks again Tuan and his team for their advice.
