Vehicle: 2006 F-150

Equiptment being used:

Headunit: Pioneer Dehp7700mp

Speakers: Mtx tx6001 6 1/2" components front/rear (will prob need to add more)

Sub amps: mtx ta81000d (two) 1500 watts rms 2 ohm @ 14volts

4 channel: mtx ta7804 not sure of power off hand but its a lot for a 4 channel

Subs: Mtx T751504 15 inch subs (4 subs)

Line driver: an older audiocontrol not sure of model but it outputs 8v(13vpeak)

with up to 24db gain

Wire: All Tsunami

Caps: Monster 1 farads each

I am building a fiberglass enclosure to house the four subs and four channel. And if all goes as planned the two sub amps will be motorized up from the back of the box. I will try to get some pics up tonight of my progress thus far.

A lot of people say i'm an idiot for buying a brand new truck and less than a month later ripping out the backseat to replace it with speakers. Some people just dont understand:(

As long as you know what you are doing you won't ruin your new truck. I ripped the back seat out of my mustang less than a month after I got it and people said the same thing. That was until I had my first system installed. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

I was told the same thing as well about taking out my back seat...That I was crazy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif. Seems like itll be nice. Im using the mtx tx6001 components in my f150 as well and they sound great for $75/pair in my opinion.
