im guessing thats just bracing?

I wouldn't really see the point of bracing right there, but that's probably what it is. I read a lot of things about where people like TommyK have special things inside the box that make them louder, I was wondering if those wood pieces were one of them.

I was wantin to do an amp rack like that for my next install. 15" SE in a 5^3 box ported with aeros at around 32-34 hz. Btw I'm normally not a fan of CRX's bc of the ricer effect but your's look good. Love the rims.

Looks great! Rims and wheels look nice on it. A buddy of mine up the street has a red CRX as well, but nothing like this. Nice work.
