Not knocking you, competition is good.We are. They are a franchise though, and are generally more expensive. They also have to go with what home office says as far as menus and complaints. We are independetly owned and family operated so we are more able to deal with our customers on a one-on-one basis. We also are more able to change with the times and do custom orders for people. We also have a lot less overhead (franchise costs along for super suppers is close to 300 grand) which allows us to keep our prices lower, and find better quality ingredients. And honeslty, we have been told numerous times that our food is better then SS, and if you look in the area that we are in, the 2 Super Suppers have closed down around us. Wonder why? lol
SS was started up here in Fort Worth, yours is in Houston.
One of my co-workers has a SS, I've never used it but I think it's a great idea.
as pei wei says, food to take away.
