Anyone no how to bypass the pioneer ipod adapter?

hey i have a cd-ib100ii and i`ve come to realize this thing is to **** slow so i have heard some things about bypassing it so that you can use the ipod to control your music instead of using the slow push button method any idea would be much helo thanks...

this is what i use, uses aux input on ur HU so get a hardwired signal and also charges the ipod. and with this u control the ipod via the ipod and not the headunit. i find it cheaper and easier to use
