Unless he's been feeding that dog the same food over the course of a few months, the food didn't kill him. What it contained wasn't anything that would kill instantly. It was something that would cause cancer in the kidneys, and cause problems over time. Sorry to hear about the the dog dying. I have 2 and I can't begin to imagine. Well I'm familiar with this dog/cat food recall due to me working @ PetSmart...

The food was recalled over a week ago. Do you watch the news? Do you read the papers?

What food were you feeding it?

The food that was recalled was a fwe different can/pouch foods purchased from December to now.

All stores should have taken the food off the shelves the day of the recall....

so yeah more infoz?

I doubt that if he just started giving it to him, that it killed him. YOu need to have the dog taken to the vet to find out why he died.

If he died because of the food then YES you can sue. People are already suing..

We are waiting right now to find out if our episode last week was due to this food. Our dog went into toxic shock and ended up in the vet for a week...He has kidney and liver problems now. So if he is in fact sick because of the food we will be suing for the 2000 dollar vet bill as well as anything else i can take from those ****ers..

I bet it would be hard to try and get anything out of the company, but try if you feel like fighting for it. I ate some of that recalled peanut butter from con agra and I can't even get ahold of that company to try and get them to pay my doctor bills, but I am still determined to get that stupid money.
