My box/subs just eat up watts

Umm...

well i think its my box or the tuning

2 dd1510's

2.8 cubes 2 4" aeros

38hz *supposed to be*

amp: sundown saz-1500

For the amount of power pretty much i'm sending to them the output is just ok.

Last setup was tuned to 32hz and it slammed the lows and hit the really higher frequencys Better than my current setup that's tuned to 38hz which sounds blahhhh not very musical but maybe i'm asking to much

never had dimming problems

1ohm so they'll be seeing around 750w each once they're full broken in

have you ever read your volts while the subs are banging?

Seems like a possible voltage problem?

possibly a mistake in the wiring? maybe its at 4 ohms instead of one?

Did you set your gains properly?

Also, once the broke in you may see a large improvement.

x2, some people see a big improvement after they're broken in, However, i personally have never owned them.

I have a volatage gauge and i stay at 13-14.3 idle so that can't be the problem

It's 1ohm

Set the gains a little over half way with a DMM. should be around 1500w

No, i check that already. Got a 1ohm load readout

30w x 17d x 13h

aeros are cut to 14.8 inches Flare end to Flare end

( thats how you measure or did i do that wrong? )
