Here are a few pics of the box design that I came up with. Keep in mind that these aren't the cut dimensions but the physical external dimensions. The box is ~5.5 cu ft and ~4.2 cu ft after displacements tuned to 32Hz....

Any thoughts?

Yeah, I'll probably start this weekend on it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I used Sketchup 4.0 program. Works great and is so much easier than AutoCad.

yes, I have both. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

dam my port must be really wrong lol its 4' wide 16' long then turns for another 2' and the hight is like 16, i didnt draw up the plans for mine I found them but it says that tunes it to 35 for mine and its 4.0 after displacment. Anyone want to check my back plans to make sure it is right?

How do you take into account the thickness of the wood?
just subtract the thickness from the 2 sides and the front and back piece. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I am using 3/4" MDF so that's 1.5" I would subtract. Remember though, my front is going to be doubled! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have the actual cut dimensions also it's just when I did this, I put the physical external dimensions to give me an idea of how large it will be in my trunk. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
